New cassette work from Jason Hodge, formerly a founding member of the original line-up of Louisiana's greatest ever noise group SLAUGHTER-FETUS. The stuff on this cassette is really different from that though. Textural manipulations that are subtle and based around handmade cassette loops. Slow and gradual transformations of samples, weirdly ambient textures, and moments of deeply moving soundscape work. Oddly personal and unlike anything else I have heard before exactly. C47.
