"MUCK is a collection of long-term Dayton, Ohio noise artists that coalesced last year into this sludge-covered quartet. I caught them on their tour through the Midwest and immediately asked them to do a release on New Forces. Members are known for their work in projects such as TEETH COLLECTION, DEVELOPER, PUSDRAINER and BREACHED HULL, but with MUCK they channel death industrial and heavy electronics, adding their own unique, reverb-drenched interpretation. MUCK remind me of larger noise groups such as BLUE SABBATH BLACK CHEER or YELLOW TEARS, and should appeal to fans of that sort of noise along with fans of more Industrial-style sounds."
