PHOCOMELUS is Patrick O'Neil. Patrick has been active in the noise community for decades, producing some of the harshest releases ever with his project SKIN CRIME and running Self Abuse Records, one of the best labels for harsh heads. Now, starting in 2015, Pat has been working on new material. Unlike SKIN CRIME (which was all live collaborations), PHOCOMELUS is a highly personal studio project.
