Full-length album on three-sided double LP from this Portland-based avant black metal act; features members of FALL OF THE BASTARDS, ORDER OF THE VULTURE, ALDEBARAN, CRASH WORSHIP, BLOOD AXIS, etc. This release brings into fruition the labors of the active live action formation of L'ACÉPHALE. Stahlhartes Gehäuse is the first selection of songs recorded after the Book of Lies EP as a full band, and it represents the continued development of the sonic threads that were first developed in the demo Mord und Totschlag. Stahlhartes Gehäuse has been released as a double LP in three editions, this is the edition of 300 pressed on golden haze vinyl. The 4th side of the record is etched with the image of the headless man, "L'Acéphale". The jacket is printed on a matte 350gm heavy stock with spot varnish, and the insides of the jacket flooded black. Includes a full color 24-page 7"x7" booklet and a 12"x12" heavy stock hand-numbered insert.
