Stepping away from their usual blasphemous black metal stylings, on this release UNHOLY CRUCIFIX take a more experimental tone, in line with their subject matter, drawing from the well of non-metal music for the first time.

This is the final volume of the four-tape "Horror Creature" series they released in April 2011. Titled Yig, this tape features one extended track, a blackened soundscape of dread. The theme is the Otherworldy.
