Proper reissue of the debut recording from the West Michigan synth-pop duo consisting of Brandon Hill (PLAGUES, CLOUD RAT) on synths and programming, and the multimedia mastermind Levi Bailey (L.B., Fuck Marry Kill label) on lyrics and vocals. Recorded in 2013 and previously only available from the band as a small self-released edition which contained unique handmade collages from phone books. Raw, brooding synth tracks heavily influenced by gigantic '80s synth-pop and John Carpenter's horror soundtracks, all recorded live in one take with no edits and later given Levi's trademark versatile and fervor-induced vocal treatments.

Crude, cheap synths and at times literally smoldering machines such as the Alesis Micron and SR-16, Korg MS2000, a barely functioning Korg Poly 800, and a broken mixer with onboard FX were all that were used to create a batch of emotionally charged memorable songs that represent paranoia, nostalgia, media consumption, the ups and downs of relationships, and years of pseudo-intellectual psychobabble behind life's most passionate and intimate discussions. An honest, at times damaged recording of the daily ache of waking up, and lives lived of repeated failures.
